Following feedback from parent carers, we’ve added a new page on Alternative Provision under the Education section. This page explains what Alternative Provision is, lists available settings in Telford and Wrekin, and provides guidance on how to access them.

The Specialist Provision Hub page has been refreshed and renamed ‘Specialist Provision in Telford and Wrekin’. Families can now access up‑to‑date information on Specialist Provision Hubs, Specialist Resource Bases, and Special Schools, including each school’s criteria for placement.

Following a full review, the School Admissions page has been updated with clear headings and accessible language so parent carers can easily access clear and relevant information.

We’ve created a new information page on reasonable adjustments in education, outlining why they matter, examples of what they can look like, and how parent carers can access support for their children.
